This is one of the most exquisite salumi to have passed my lips recently. Very rare and expensive it is now available at Bosa’s (Boundary & 1st) at $149 per kg! Curiousity got a hold of me when I inquire what it was while purchasing other delicacies from the counter – I purchased about 30 grams for sampling. The taste was divine – very sweet with seductive aromatics and literally melts in one’s mouth! Culatello di Zibello DOP is the most prized salumi in Italy – it even surpasses the heavenly proscuitto! It would be perfect with a glass of Prosecco from Adami especially Vigneto Giardino.
