On Halloween night, celebrated chef Mark McEwan was at Barbara Jo’s to launch his newest cookbook “Fabbrica” based on his Italian restaurant of the same name, opened in Fall of 2010. Vendemmia Group was a proud wine sponsor for the evening. Whilst guests enjoyed a glass of Adami Bosco di Gica Prosecco, Mark chatted and signed books. Then he demonstrated one of his recipes “Gnocchi with Lamb Bolognese and Mint Ricotta” to guests followed by tasting of this recipe, paired with Rosso del Palazzone. It was delicious and enjoyed by all.
The book contains lots of great photos with easy to follow recipes….a great cook book to be used over and over again.
